These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the provision of web development services by Decima Services (“Developer”) to the client (“Client”). By hiring or engaging our services, the Client agrees to be bound by this Agreement.
- Services Provided
The Developer agrees to provide the Client with web development services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Front-end and back-end programming
- E-commerce development
- CMS setup and customization
- Maintenance and updates
- SEO optimization
- API integrations
A detailed scope of work will be outlined in a Project Proposal or Service Agreement.
- Project Timeline
- Estimated timelines will be provided upon project commencement.
- Delays caused by Client (e.g., late content, lack of feedback) may affect deadlines.
- Developer is not liable for delays due to third-party tools, hosting providers, or force majeure events.
- Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Provide all required content, materials, and access on time.
- Respond promptly to approvals and feedback requests.
- Ensure that all materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights.
- Payment Terms
- A [percentage]% deposit is due upfront to initiate work.
- Remaining balance due upon project completion or at agreed milestones.
- Late payments may incur a [percentage]% monthly interest.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- Revisions and Changes
- The project includes [X] rounds of revisions.

- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.
- Warranties and Liability
- Developer provides the services “as is” and does not guarantee specific results unless stated in writing.
- Developer is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Downtime due to third-party services
- Security issues arising from client-installed plugins or scripts
- Website Maintenance (if applicable)
- Maintenance services are provided under a separate agreement.
- Developer is not responsible for updates or bugs after the project unless a maintenance plan is in place.
- Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with [X days] written notice.
- Upon termination:
- Work completed up to date will be invoiced
- Deposits are non-refundable
- Developer will deliver all completed work and assets upon full payment
- Governing Law
